Kylian Mbappe is reportedly refusing to sign a new contract as he pushes for a £200m move away from Paris Saint-Germain.
The 20-year-old has emerged as one of Zinedine Zidane’s top transfer targets for Real Madrid.
And the World Cup winner is believed to have his heart set on a switch to the Bernabeu.
PSG have moved to secure the long-term future of the ex-Monaco star by offering him a bumper new pay rise.
However, Marca claim he has informed the Ligue 1 champions he has “no intention” of penning an extension.
And that will remain the same no matter how much he is offered to stay.
Mbappe is understood to see his future away from club and reportedly believes he will never be viewed as PSG’s top player while Neymar remains in Paris.
The hotshot remains under contract for another three years but the French giants could be forced to cash in either this summer or next rather than risk losing him for a reduced fee.
Liverpool are also believed to be interested in a move for the hitman.
But PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has publicly declared his forward will not be going anywhere.
He said this month: “I will not let go of this ‘crazy’ player.
“I want players proud to wear our jersey, not players who do the job when it suits them.
“He wants to be more involved in our project to grow with the team, the club.
“But I explained to him that the responsibilities, it does not ask.
“We must go get them, sometimes even tear them away. We do not wait, we provoke.
“As he is very intelligent, I am sure he understood.
“Will he still be at PSG next year? I am not 100% sure but 200%.”
Madrid supporters have already shown their desire for Mbappe to become their next Galactico.
They chanted his name earlier this month when Eden Hazard was officially presented as their latest signing following his move from Chelsea.
Mbappe fired 39 goals in 43 appearances for PSG this season to help them retain the title.
