Ander Herrera is demanding a massive £200,000-a-week to stay at Man United, according to reports.
Spanish midfielder Herrera,29, can leave Old Trafford on a free this summer as his contract expires at the end of the season.
Rivals Arsenal and French giants Paris Saint-Germain are keen on swooping in for the former Athletic Bilbao man.
And, according to the Daily Mirror, PSG’s interest has seen Herrera’s wage demands to United hiked up by £70,000-a-week.
The situation has proved to be an oversight for United, with Herrera an integral player in the squad.
He picked up the club’s Player of the Year gong in 2017 and has been a regular in the first-team since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took the reins.
A hip problem has kept Herrera out in recent weeks but he returned for Saturday’s 2-1 win over Watford.
It is his seventh season as a United player after joining from Bilbao in 2013 for £29million.
Herrera is keen to play an eight campaign at Old Trafford but wants to see an improved offer.
