Crystal Palace Star Wilfried Zaha Displays Ripped Physique As He Looks To Continue Fine Premier League Form

Wilfried Zaha posted this picture of himself working out in the gym on his Instagram page

Wilfried Zaha took to Instagram to share a work-out picture and show off his impressive physique.

The Crystal Palace  forward wrote: ‘Man’s out here working’, as he displayed the tattoo reading ‘faith only’ on his chest.

Dressed in a beanie with the bench press in the background, Zaha was also wearing lifting gloves.

He has previously used the term ‘faith only’ when posting on social media and is evidently guided by strong religious beliefs.

All Zaha’s off the pitch work is paying dividends on it. The Ivory Coast international has scored five goals in his last five Premier League matches.

His form has lifted Roy Hodgson’s side to 13th in the table and eased earlier fears of being dragged into a relegation scrap.

Zaha scored the third goal in Palace’s 3-1 win away at Burnley on Saturday and reflected that the work on the training pitch is paying off.

‘The main thing is the three points for the team but I’m glad I could add to the goals. To be honest, I score goals like that all the time in training when we play five-a-side, so it’s nice to finally get a goal like that in a game,’ he said.

‘I was thinking, “OK, I can’t chop any more times”, so I just made sure I connected with the ball properly and I’m just happy I scored really. All I’m trying to focus on is scoring goals so I’m buzzing (to have scored so many).

‘We’re practising shooting all the time and we’re only going to get better. Over time, we’re showing it on the pitch and getting the goals we need.’
