Sergio Aguero has been enjoying himself on holiday in Miami, but it was back to work for the striker on Monday as he returned to training with Manchester City.
Aguero had an eventful time in America as he met singer Marc Anthony and visited Grand House Burger.
However, the 30-year-old, who hasn’t been involved with the Argentina squad since the World Cup, seemed fully focused as he trained under the watchful eye of manager Pep Guardiola.
Guardiola was without a host of experienced players for the session because of international call-ups, but there were still some senior stars on show.
David Silva, Fernandinho, Ilkay Gundogan and Aymeric Laporte all trained as City commenced their preparations for Saturday’s Premier League game away to West Ham.
There were some talented youngsters involved in the session, too, with Brahim Diaz being joined by midfielders Tom Dele-Bashiru and Iker Pozo and well as defender Eric Garcia.
City have some injury issues to contend with as Bernardo Silva is doubtful for the game against West Ham after suffering a muscular problem while on international duty with Portugal.
Kevin De Bruyne, meanwhile, is out with a knee injury, while Benjamin Mendy faces another spell on the sidelines.
Guardiola still has a very strong squad to choose from, though, and he will be looking for his side to secure another victory against West Ham as City aim to continue their unbeaten start to the Premier League season.
City are currently top of the Premier League, two points clear of their closest challengers Liverpool.
