Wilfried Zaha shared a video of his recovery progress and is clearly working hard rehabilitating his injured hamstring.
The Crystal Palace winger posted the clip on Instagram showing himself working up a sweat during a grueling session on the exercise bike.
He keeps his head low and pedals hard before puffing out his cheeks in one final effort before easing off at the end.
Zaha simply wrote: ‘Graft’ as the accompanying caption to the footage shared with his 491,000 followers.
The forward is fighting hard to be back in contention for the Eagles after missing their 1-0 home defeat against Tottenham.
He has withdrawn from the Ivory Coast squad to stay with his club during the international break in order to continue the recovery.
Having picked up the injury against Chelsea, the 26-year-old is now targeting a return to action at his old stomping ground, Old Trafford.
When the international break concludes, Palace, who are desperately in need of their talisman, play Manchester United.
Roy Hodgson’s side haven’t won any of their last seven games and lie in 16th place, only above the relegation zone on goal difference.
