World Cup Winner Kylian Mbappe Returns To Paris Saint-Germain… And He Shows Off His New No 7 Shirt

Kylian Mbappe returned to Paris Saint-Germain on Monday after winning the World Cup

Kylian Mbappe has returned to Paris Saint-Germain following his historic World Cup triumph with France this summer.

Mbappe starred in Russia, scoring four goals, as France went on to win their second World Cup thanks to a comfortable 4-2 victory over Croatia in the final.

The 19-year-old – tipped to become a future Ballon d’Or winner – understandably appeared in very high spirits as he joined up with his PSG team-mates alongside fellow World Cup winners Presnel Kimpembe and Alphonse Areola on Monday.

Mbappe was warmly greeted by Dani Alves as he made his way into the training complex

The Frenchman was filmed getting out of his car before immediately being greeted by team-mate and Brazil international Dani Alves.

The pair could be seen warmly embracing at the entrance of PSG’s training centre, with Alves heard shouting ‘champion’ to the France star.

After the celebratory and warm receptions, Mbappe underwent a few medical tests and captain Thiago Silva was on hand to keep him company.

The Brazilian was seen filming Mbappe and sharing a joke with his team-mate as he underwent what appeared to be an eye test.

And on Tuesday, Mbappe began training again with his PSG colleagues ahead of the new Ligue 1 season, which gets underway for them at home against Caen on Sunday.

The teenager has also been handed the No 7 shirt, which was vacated by Lucas Moura and on Tuesday, he starred in a quirky video showing off his new shirt number.

In the social media clip, Mbappe can be seen jumping into a swimming pool in his No 29 shirt before swimming back up to the top of the water wearing his No 7 jersey and posing for photos.
