Andre Ayew has quit relegated Swansea City to sign for Fenerbahce.
The Ghanaian wants out of the Welsh side following their drop from the top-flight last season.
Now he has got his wish and will join the Turkish giants on a season-long loan.
The forward, 28, was given permission to leave the club’s camp in Austria to join the ambitious outfit immediately.
Swansea are happy to have him off their books as they look to slash their payroll.
And Ayew’s salary, worth around £60,000-a-week, will be a major saving ahead of the Championship season.
Ayew only returned to Swansea in January after an 18-month spell at West Ham.
But his arrival was unable to prevent the Swans from slipping out of the Premier League.
And he is set to be followed out of the door by several other big hitters.
Brother Jordan can leave while defenders Alfie Mawson and Fedrico Fernandez are also looking to head out of the exit door.
