Neymar And Co Touch Down In Russia As Brazil’s Golden Boy Will Be Carrying The Nation’s Hopes Of Winning The World Cup On His Back

Brazil are made up of most of the players that were part of their World Cup disaster in 2014

Brazil squad touched down at Sochi International airport on Sunday as Brazil’s golden boy Neymar arrived in Russia carrying the nation’s hopes on his back.

The Brazilian star was showing off his personalised £700 gold bag as he stepped off the plane at Sochi International airport.

A drop in the ocean for him in terms of cost, but the bag itself was a one-of-kind flashy accessory with a nod to his loved ones.

The Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar, 26, has emblazoned an image of his mum, dad, sister and son across it as a reminder of who he is playing for.

Brazil head into this summer’s tournament as heavy favourites and Neymar will be expected to lead their charge from the front.

Tite’s men have consolidated their position as strong contenders in their World Cup dress rehearsals this month.

They eased past Croatia 2-0 before Neymar, Gabriel Jesus and Philippe Coutinho all got on the score sheet as they thumped Austria on Sunday.

The Brazil side is still very much made up of the same players who were part of their 7-1 humiliation at the hands of Germany on home soil four years ago and they will be determined to put that to rest this time around.

Neymar and Co touched down in Russia on Sunday evening and will have a week to prepare for their Group E opener against Switzerland.
