Super Eagles Train Ahead Of World Cup Warm-Up Games As Countdown To Tournament In Russia Continues

Nigeria  trained on Sunday evening ahead of their final World Cup warm-up games as the countdown to the tournament continues.

Gernot Rohr’s side face Democratic Republic of Congo at Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium on Monday, England at Wembley on Saturday and Czech Republic on June 6 before heading to their base in Russia on June 12.

Chelsea’s Victor Moses still missing from training but he is not carrying an injury and instead  is resting and will join the team in London.

Super Eagles Captain Mikel Obi was all smiles during the training session on Sunday evening.

Nigeria play Croatia in their first Group D game on June 16, face Iceland on June 22 and take on Argentina in their final group game on June 26.
