Taiwo Awoniyi Makes Belgian League Team Of The Week

Nigerian forward Taiwo Awoniyi  has been included in Belgian top flight Team of the Week after his strong performance in Royal Excel Mouscron 4-3 defeat  to Standard Liege on Sunday.

The 20-year-old scored twice and provided an assist on Sunday but his effort could not inspire his side to victory.

Taiwo was the standout player against Standard Liege at Stade Maurice Dufrasne in Belgian Pro League.

Mouscron sit 12th in the Belgian Pro League table.
